CYBERDYNE Inc. is a venture firm which is established by Dr. Yoshiyuki Sankai, University of Tsukuba, Japan, in order to materialize his idea to utilize Robot Suit HAL® for the benefits of humankind in the field of medicine, caregiving, welfare, labor, heavy works, entertainment and so on. Robot Suit HAL® was developed with the technologies created in Sankai Laboratory of Tsukuba University as an application of “Cybernics*” advocated by Prof. Sankai.
*Cybernics is a new domain of interdisciplinary research centered on cybernetics, mechatronics, and informatics, and integrates neuroscience, robotics, systems engineering, information technology, “kansei” engineering, ergonomics, physiology, social science, law, ethics, management, economics etc.

Executive Assistant (Lead)

■ Assignments

The candidate will be asked to conduct the following tasks

- Arrange logistics: Delivery and pickup of devices, peripherals, consumables etc.
- Documentation: Drafting and making final copies of quotation, purchase order, and other documents to support the business operations
- Communication: Interacting with different regional distributors, prospects, customers and HQ office in Japan
- Extra duties: Creating website, brochure, forms, video editing, organizing webinar/conferences, and possibly setup of devices on site

■ Conditions

The candidate must have

- A Bachelor Degree in any field
- Proven excellence in both written and oral English communication

It will be ideal if the candidate has

- A Working experience in the trading industry (good understanding of International Commercial Terms)
- Experience of branding or PR through SNS
- Experience of editing video footage
- Experience of organizing exhibitions, conferences, and other events
- Experience of working in administaration or sales support department in start-ups or for affiliated companies of such start-ups outside of Malaysia

■ Work location

The candidate must be a resident of Malaysia. The candidate can work at home, but occasionally they may be asked to visit the regional office in Melaka.
