(Changes to disclosed item) Notice on decision to sign business consignment agreement concerning SIP

As CYBERDYNE Inc. (the “Company”) announced on December 4, 2024, under the title of “Notice on decision to sign business consignment agreement concerning SIP,” the Company was selected for the next Cross-ministerial Strategic Innovation Promotion Program (SIP) Third Phase: Development of Smart Mobility Platform, Theme 12: “Extraction of requirements for vehicles, infrastructure that contribute to re-design”  that is led by the Council for Science, Technology, and Innovation (the Cabinet Office of Japan). 

While the Company signed the business consignment agreement with the New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization (NEDO), which is acting as a Research Promotion Organization.As disclosed in the amendment of disclosure dated March 26, 2026, there were changes to the scheduled amount of consignment. Subsequently, following a further revision of the overall budget for the Project, the Company entered into an amendment agreement. Details are as follows.

2. Prospect
