The Financial Service Agency (FSA) awarded CYBERDYNE’s annual securities report as an excellent example of the disclosure.

On Good Practices for Disclosure of Descriptive Information 2020, published by FSA on February 16, 2021, FSA named CYBERDYNE’s annual securities report as an example of disclosure for describing Management policy information, Management Environment, and Issues to be Addressed.

The Good Practices for Disclosure of Descriptive Information is published each year to encourage companies to enhance disclosure beyond the basic rules. It mainly shows examples of disclosure in annual securities reports made by model companies.
