【News】Rakuten Securities’ report on CYBERDYNE’s financing, which differed from the facts

Rakuten Securities’ (“the securities company’s”) analyst’s report in its website “Rakuten Weekly” on November 28 indicated dilution ratios concerning CYBERDYNE’s (“the Company’s”) financing, which  differed from the actual facts. The report gave misleading information to investors and created wrong image about excessive dilution. Details of the Company’s financing are indicated in IR Information of its website.

Recognizing the content of the report in the morning on December 3, the Company promptly made representations to the securities company against the report and requested amendment of it. In the evening, the securities company put up “correction and apology” in investment information updates on its website’s front page.
