CYBERDYNE Inc. (“the Company”) appointed Hakkoh Kensetsu and Energia JV as construction companies of its, tentatively-called, Next-generation and Multi-purpose Production Base (“the facility”) in Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture (*) due to their construction plans. The Company also appointed Kajima Corporation as an advisor.

The facility is going to install an air conditioning system that utilizes sewage heat (regenerative energy) of the neighboring Koriyama City’s Sewage Control Center.

Employees: approximately10 persons at the start of operation and approximately 50 persons in the middle and long run
Start of operation: the end of March 2016
Product lineup: HAL for Medical Use, various types of HAL which satisfy international safety standards for robots, other robots and biological/health care devices will be manufactured by stages.
