Information Security Policy
CYBERDYNE, Inc. (“CYBERDYNE”)makes full use of “Cybernics” (a new field that integrates and combines human, robot, AI, and information systems) and handles HCPS (Human-Cyber-Physical Space) in a unified manner to promote the realization of “Techno Peer Support” and future development by creating the “Cybernics Industry,” a new industry that will follow the robotics and IT industries. CYBERDYNE believes that ensuring information security is critical to drive these challenges. This policy was established to ensure the appropriate formulation of the Information Security Management System (ISMS) and its continuous and effective operation to protect information assets.
● Compliance of related laws and ordinances
CYBERDYNE will comply with domestic and international laws, regulations, and contractual obligations related to information security and strive to protect information assets.
● Development of internal systems
CYBERDYNE will ensure the implementation of information security measures by appointing a person responsible for maintaining and improving information security, developing a system and organization, and clarifying responsibilities and authority.
● Implementation of risk management
To continuously manage risks and opportunities related to information assets, CYBERDYNE takes information security measures according to the purpose of use and importance of each information asset.
● Continual improvement
Within the framework of the information security management system, CYBERDYNE will review the rationality of this information security policy and information security measures periodically and as necessary to continuously improve and enhance such efforts.
● Education and training
CYBERDYNE will provide continuous education and training to all employees to ensure the operation of information security under its policies and procedures.
● Prevention of accidents and response to accidents
CYBERDYNE shall implement appropriate measures to protect information assets from accidents, failures, unauthorized acts, and other threats that may prevent their legitimate use and the loss, destruction, falsification, leakage, etc., of information assets. In the event of an accident or other incident, CYBERDYNE will cope with them promptly and take necessary measures to prevent recurrence.
