CYBERDYNE Inc. has received orders of HAL series and other Cybernics products as part of the the Emergency Recovery Project in Ukraine hosted by Japan International Cooperation Agency (from now on referred to as “JICA”).

2. Background of the order
The Japanese government, through JICA continues to support the Ukraine Emergency Recovery Project. In November 2024, based on the successful bid of the JICA project related to the procurement of equipment (heavy equipment, rehabilitation equipment, medical equipment, etc.) by OGAWA SEIKI CO., LTD (Ogawa Seiki), the Company received an order from Ogawa Seiki for the delivery of Cyberdyne products such as HAL.
The product delivery is scheduled for a Medical facility in Kyiv, the capital city of Ukraine, where they are expected to be used for the treatment of people who have been disabled due to the war.
In April 2023, the Company welcomed Ukraine’s Ambassador to Japan, Sergiy Korsunsky, to its head office, and has repeatedly discussed ways of contributing to the restoration and reconstruction of Ukraine.
3. Impact of Financial Results
– Sales from the above orders of approximately 257 million yen are scheduled to be recorded in this fiscal year ending March 31, 2025.
– The remaining approximately 103 million yen are expected to be recorded in the next fiscal year ending March 31, 2026
