The national British Para-Swimming Team experienced HAL at CYBERDYNE’s subsidiary Suzuka Robocare Center on January 22nd. HAL is the world’s first Wearable Cyborg designed to connect the wearer’s brain-nerve system to the robot, in order to induce improvement of the wearer’s physical function. British national Para-Swimming Team have been staying in Suzuka, Mie prefecture from January 7th to prepare for the up coming Tokyo Paralympics.
