Ambulatory Exercise Treatment (using a robot suit) (per day) 900 points
Note 1 　　The treatment points are calculated for cases limited to the administration of the treatment at medical insurance institutions that have reported to the local welfare director as an entity in compliance with the facilities criteria separately determined by the Minister of Health and Labour.
Note 2 　　In the case where a patient who has a rare disease specified in Article 5 of the law related to medicine for patients with rare diseases (2014 Law Number 50), and who is issued a medical beneficiary certificate as provided in Article 7 paragraph 4 of the same law receives the treatment (this includes diagnoses received having met the criteria regarding the specific medical expenses grant approval regulated in each item of paragraph 1 of the same article), 900 points is added to the prescribed points.
Note 3 　　Limited to a maximum of 9 times during the introductory period of 5 weeks, 2000 points for each day of treatment is added.

Of the treatment fee for rare neuromuscular disease patients who receive treatment with HAL for Medical Use (Lower Limb Type), which received approval for manufacture and distribution of a medical device in November 25, 2015, the insurance reimbursement price will be JPY 38,000 (900 + 900 + 2000 points) per day for the first 9 treatments that occur within the first 5 weeks, and JPY 18,000 (900 + 900 points) per day afterwards.
